Each delicate crepe is generously filled with smooth sweetened cream cheese and ricotta, a traditional homemade-style poppy seed filling and juicy tart cherries. Vanilla and a touch of fresh lemon bring brightness to the filling, creating a beautiful balance between creamy, nutty, sweet and pleasantly tangy flavours.

Serve the crepes warm on their own, or add sour cream, Greek yoghurt, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, fresh berries or a light dusting of icing sugar. They pair especially well with freshly brewed tea or coffee.

Heating Instructions

• Frying pan: Heat for approximately 3–4 minutes
• Microwave: Heat for approximately 2 minutes
• Oven: Heat at 180°C for approximately 10–12 minutes
