Storage: Keep frozen at –18°C or below
After thawing: Consume within 3 days
Important: Do not refreeze once thawed

Heating Instructions

• Frying pan: Heat for approximately 3–4 minutes
• Microwave: Heat for approximately 2 minutes
• Oven: Heat at 180°C for approximately 10–12 minutes
